We know you’re excited to get your pickleball goodies, and we don’t blame you! Here’s how our shipping works:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after your order ships.
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your happy mail every step of the way.

Please note: Shipping times may vary during holidays, major sales, or if you live somewhere remote (we see you, mountain dinkers).

💚 Returns & Exchanges

Not totally in love with your new gear? No worries — we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

Returns: You can return unworn, unwashed items, with all tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and if free shipping was used on the original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Exchanges: Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help! Just contact us, and we’ll get your new item on the way.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like candles or drinkware) are final sale.
Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
